At Silqiaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns
- Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, intimate wear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- Please return the item for a refund and place a new order
